Membership
Q: What does it cost to use HealtheHuman?
A: HealtheHuman membership is completely free and your account will not expire. We do offer upgrades options from a free Standard account to a Premium account. For more information, please review our Membership options.
Q: When does my free membership expire?
A: Your free membership does not expire. You can continue to use your free membership as long as you like. For more information, please review our Membership options.
Q: Is there a way for me to add family members to my account?
A: Yes. Premium accounts allow you to have up to 1, 2, 5, and 10 users on your account, depending on the type of premium membership option. Once you've registered as a HealtheHuman member, you can upgrade to a premium account from the Upgrade Center. Simply log into your HealtheHuman account, follow the Upgrade link located in the upper right corner of the screen. Members can be added under the Account settings feature. Each individual added on the account will have their own login and password.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and no longer wish to be a HealtheHuman member you can delete your account, no questions asked. While logged into your account, follow the My Account link and select the Delete Account option.
Registration
Q: Why do I need to provide a valid email address when I register?
A: We need a valid email address to send you an activation code when first registering. This valid email address provides us with a way to contact you about your account. All other contact from HealtheHuman, such as monthly newsletter or marketing is completely voluntary and can be setup in our account settings.
Q: Why do you want to know my date of birth when registering?
A: Your date of birth is used for basic identification purposes and for calculating health statistics in your health trackers. We do not require an address, phone number or other personal information when registering; however, your gender and date of birth provides us with some valuable information to help us configure your account.
Q: I never received my activation email. How do I activate my account?
A: We advise members to check their spam folder when activation emails are not received. If the email went to your spam folder, please add us as a safe sender to prevent this from happening in the future. If the email has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us to have your activation email resent or to change the email address on the account.
Q: Do I need to provide a credit card to register?
A: No. A credit card is not required to register or to be a member of HealtheHuman.
Technical Support
Q: What are the minimum system requirements for using HealtheHuman?
A: HealtheHuman requires your computer to have the Adobe Flash Player, version 10 or later. For more details, please check the Adobe Flash Player Download Center. We also recommend your computer runs at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.
Q: How do I reset my User ID and Password?
A: You can reset your User ID and/or password at anytime, from the My Account link while logged into your account. We encourage our members to do this periodically as you would with other online accounts. If you cannot remember your User ID or password, follow the link on the login screen which will resend your information to your email address on file. If you encounter problems resetting your password, please contact us for further assistance.
Q: Why can't I setup HealtheHuman to remember my password?
A: Protecting your health information is very important to us here at HealtheHuman. The reason we do not allow a "Remember Password" option in HealtheHuman is to prevent others from accessing your account using browser cookies, whether at home or on the road. An explicit entry of your password helps us ensure it is you each time.
Q: I can't see the whole screen and have to scroll to use the tool. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
A: For the best user experience in HealtheHuman, we recommend that members use screen resolutions of 1024x768 and higher. If you use a lower screen resolution, you may not be able to see the entire HealtheHuman window, which will affect your user experience throughout the entire application. If you are running a 1024 x 768 screen resolution and are experiencing the same issues, it could be related to the configuration of your browser, including the number of toolbars displayed. Many of the browsers today add multiple toolbars at the top of the window, reducing the viewable area. One option is to use the Full Screen mode of your browser when using HealtheHuman. Check for the Full Screen option under the View menu in your browser. This will help you regain some of your viewable area.
Q: Does HealtheHuman support other currency, languages, or units of measure?
A: HealtheHuman is a U.S. based company, located in Sausalito, California. You have the ability to set a unit of measure setting, when registering, for either US Standard or Metric. This setting can also be changed under the My Account settings while logged into your account. Currently our application is presented in English and all memberships and product offerings are in United States Dollars (USD).
