Event Tracker

Create a detailed log of all your health events with the Event Tracker. Events can be a cold, an asthma attack, an allergic reaction to poison oak, a car accident, managing pain from a condition, or any other significant event in your life that impacts your health. Once you've created an event, you can then add the relevant entries from other trackers in HealtheHuman™ into the event timeline. As other entries are added, a chronological record of the event is built, including the ability to set the significance of each linked entry and notes to explain the importance of the tracker entry to the overall event. The Event Tracker is one of the most powerful tools available in HealtheHuman™, helping you create a detailed record of significant health events in your history. A detailed chronology, combining relevant and important health readings from other trackers, can be insightful and meaningful information for your doctors and health advisors.

Build Timelines for Significant Health Events

At some point in time, all of us experience significant events that affect our health. These health events unfold and progress over time, often with key changes occurring along the way. The Event Tracker helps capture the details of the event, documenting its progression with the details from other trackers. As each item is added to the timeline, it is automatically placed in chronological order, helping capture the details of each event as it occurs, day-by-day and hour-by-hour. More significant information can be marked with a significance flag, along with notes to highlight changes or important facts.

An event has a defined start and end point. Details are added to the event in chronological order to illustrate how health information progressed over time, including the ability to mark significant changes. For example, a health event could be the flu. It might start with some symptom tracker entries, like a headache and stuffy nose. An afternoon nap might be added from the sleep tracker to show you tried to sleep it off. When that didn't work, you took your temperature, now adding the body temperature reading to the timeline. Next, you ate some chicken soup and saltine crackers, followed by a dose of cold medicine. That led to another nap. When you woke up, your symptoms had worsened, so you scheduled a doctor's appointment. The doctor ordered some blood work and gave you a prescription for a more powerful medicine. Over the next couple days, you took the medication, monitored you temperature, ate well, keep a log of your symptoms, and caught up on sleep. All of these details could be captured and documented on an event timeline. Different examples could be pain management for a back injury, a flare up of crohn's disease, problems managing your blood sugar after a holiday meal, or a broken arm. Regardless of the cause, the Event Tracker can help you organize, document, and understand how important health events unfolded, which can be valuable tools for you and your health advisors in managing your health.
