Quicktag Tracker
Create personalized Quicktags to track anything in your health. While many of the trackers provide specific health related logging capabilities, the Quicktags feature can log virtually anything. We leave it up to you to decide what to track and how to track it. Design your own Quicktags to start logging a value and duration for anything you want. The charts feature can be used to compare and analyze multiple entries. Once you've setup your Quicktag, simply drag-and-drop it to any day, as many times as your need to.
Custom Quicktags can represent anything from sugar cravings to sun exposure to time spent reading. Since health is so personal, there are many things that could be viewed as important to one person that might not seem relevant to someone else. Quicktags were designed to be flexible, allowing members to track whatever they wanted to and keep the information integrated with their other health information. Each Quicktag can be configured to track duration as well as a data value, with options to specify units, customize labels, and set minimum and maximum ranges on data values. For example, you could create a Quicktag for meditation. The duration flag could be turned on to track the number of minutes you spent meditating. The value flag could also be turned on to track how relaxed your felt afterward. You could customize the value label to say "Relaxation Level" and value range could be set with a minimum of 1, maximum of 10, and increment of 1. This would create your own, customized "Meditation Quicktag" to track your meditation time and rate your relaxation on a scale from 1 to 10.
In the Quicktag tracker, you can track:
Name: Name of QuicktagImage: Image that is displayed for Quicktag typeDuration: Number and measurement such as seconds, hours, or minutesValue: Flag indicating to track a value with settings thresholdsValue Minimum: Sets a minimum allowed valueValue Maximum: Sets a maximum allowed valueValue Increment: Increment in whole numbers or decimal precisionValue Default: Defaults the entry to this numberValue Unit: Label that is displayed to describe the value
Setup Goals on Your Quicktags
Quicktag types that have been flagged to track a value are eligible for goal tracking. When a new Quicktag category is created, it will be added to your list of available fields. Set minimum, maximum, ranges and target values, ranges for each Quicktag duration. Goal summaries provides a quick status, details, start and end dates. Create multiple goals on multiple Quicktags.
Chart Your Quicktag Values & Durations
Chart the Quicktag duration or value with custom charts. Each time a new Quicktag type is created, a new chart view will be created for plotting over periods of time. Identify patterns in your daily log that help keep you on track with your numbers. Customize each chart to show in graph, table or even a split view. Export options are available on each chart, making is easy to save a chart as an image or export the information into a spreadsheet. Create custom views that let you put multiple charts on the same page, making it easier to see related changes over time.

Each report includes your name and log detail for the Quicktag. Create reports of your data with flexible filtering options, including day and date range selectors.
