The daily sleep grid provides a summary chart, plotting data by field for the selected month. The grid also provides valuable information right on the screen with color coded sleep segments, and different grid overlay options. Select a different option from the color code choice box to view different aspects of each sleep segment. The color code overlay provides immediate feedback by highlighting each segment with quality, snoring, apnea, night snacking flags and many more attributes from the sleep log.

Generate Sleep Reports
Build personalized sleep detail and summary reports for different time periods. Reports are automatically updated when new log entries are entered. Each report includes your name and sleep log detail for each day. Create reports of your data with flexible filtering options, including day and date range selectors. Reports are generated in PDF format, making it easy to save, print, or email.
